Good Quality

Great leather coat

Very nice leather coat. Perfect for cold winters. I normally wear an XL. I purchased the XXL based on other reviews. Fits my arms, chest, and shoulders nicely. It’s a little baggy around the waist. I believe the XL would have been too tight in the upper body. I am 5’10” 220lbs. If you are looking for a nice leather coat with a zip out fur lining. This is it.

Takes care of their customers!

My beautiful jacket arrived in a timely fashion and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, one of the seams split after wearing it for a few weeks so I contacted FAD to see what could be done.

They immediately responded with an apology and another to send out a replacement at no charge. I was truly elated.

1 week later, I received a notification that my replacement was on the way and I’m happy to report it arrived the other day and it’s just as beautiful as the first one.

I thought customer service was a thing of the past until I had this experience. Thank you FAD for restoring my faith. 5-stars

Great coat

This was a wonderful jacket. However, my dad said that the high collar he could never get used to so I’m in the process of returning it unfortunately but I would recommend the jacket to anyone.
