Love this jacket. Best I’ve ever had. Had it custom fitted (had it lengthened and the arms lengthened) took a little time to get to me but I’ve had it for 2 years now and it’s still my favorite. Well made.
Love this black leather hoodie it was a little dry when I got it but after one application of leather honey it is now super soft like butter

My beautiful jacket arrived in a timely fashion and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, one of the seams split after wearing it for a few weeks so I contacted FAD to see what could be done.
They immediately responded with an apology and another to send out a replacement at no charge. I was truly elated.
1 week later, I received a notification that my replacement was on the way and I’m happy to report it arrived the other day and it’s just as beautiful as the first one.
I thought customer service was a thing of the past until I had this experience. Thank you FAD for restoring my faith. 5-stars

Long on shipping time. However, it was the “Perfect” fit! My son is 6’5” with very long arms. This jacket was the first jacket we’ve ever bought that fit perfectly in the length of the jacket, his broad shoulders and long arms! Thank you!

I was skeptical because I had seen the exact same coat on line for $850+ but I took the chance and I’m so happy I did. My first order did not fit so I had to return it and order another one. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and I am more than happy with my coat but even more empresses with customer service.
I ordered the wrong size and they were easy to work with to get it corrected.
This was a wonderful jacket. However, my dad said that the high collar he could never get used to so I’m in the process of returning it unfortunately but I would recommend the jacket to anyone.
Excellent quality and very soft genuine leather.
I had seen this coat advertised with another company for almost $1000. I found this same coat with FAD. I ordered it even though I was concerned about the quality. It arrived and I loved it, however it was a little small so I ordered the next size up and sent the one I had received back. Within a week I was fully refunded and the new size arrived. The coat is beautiful and the company provides excellent customer service. Would definitely order from them again.
