Return Policy

Purchases are valid for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 calendar days of receipt. 

 

We stand by our products 100%! We envision a happy customer is a satisfied customer, therefore we offer money-back guarantee 30 calendar days starting from the day you receive your product! 

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, free of any odors and undamaged, with all tags attached. We only accept returns of unused and undamaged items.

*Clearance items, BOGO, custom items and items under $100 are not eligible for free returns/exchanges, customer will be responsible for return shipping.

*Blowout items are no eligible for return, exchanges or refunds.

*Custom sized or fully custom orders are non-refundable as they are made to your provided measurements or specifications.

We Provide UPS Prepaid Shipping Label: Prepaid shipping label provided for approved return/exchanges with RMA number.

If you do not wish to use the pre-paid return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package has been delivered to our warehouse.

*Clearance items, BOGO and custom items  are not eligible for free returns/exchanges, customer will be responsible for return shipping.

International customers requesting returns or exchange are responsible for all shipping charges.

Return Process

To begin your return, please visit our Return Center

  1. You will be required to provide your order number and an email address associated with the order.
  2. Select the items you wish to return along with the quantity
  3. Select the reason for the return
  4. Chose the type of return (Exchange, Return to Original Payment or Store Credit)
  5. If you are submitting a request for an exchange, please make sure to mention the size for the exchange.

Upon submission of the request, you will be provided an RMA number via email. No Returns or Exchanges will be processed without an RMA number. It takes about 1 to 2 business for us to process the request. Once the request is processed, you will be provided a prepaid label within 24 hours to send the item back to us via courier.

Refunds (Return to Original Payment)

You can expect to receive your refund within 7 to 8 business days from receipt of your item. In many cases the you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate 7 to 8 business days based on these factors:

  • Item inspection at our returns facility (up to 3 business days)
  • Processing from your financial institution (up to 5 business days)
