For nine years we sold leather in standard sizes, and for nine years the same email came back — shoulders fit, sleeves didn't. So we changed course, for good. F.A.D. stands for Forever Altered Destiny, and FADCLOSET is where it lives: the wardrobe you're building piece by piece, cut to you instead of a size chart.
01 · The problem
A size Large is an average of thousands of bodies, and nobody is an average. If you are tall, broad, short-armed, big-and-tall, petite, or simply built like yourself, an off-the-rack leather piece asks you to compromise — usually somewhere leather cannot easily be let out.
We know because we sold those pieces for years, and we read every email that came back.
02 · The workshop
Nothing about our brand changed. The same cutters, the same lambskin and cowhide, the same YKK hardware, the same stitching we have used since 2017.
What changed is the order. Instead of cutting a size run and hoping you fit one of them, we draft a pattern from your own measurements, cut that pattern from a full hide, and sew the piece that only you were ever going to wear.
03 · Who we build for
Big and tall. Plus size. Long arms, short torso, broad shoulders, narrow waist. Anyone who has ever bought two pieces to get one that half-fit.
