To begin your return, please email us at info@fadcloset.com with the following information:

1. You will be required to provide your order number and an email address associated with the order
2. Select the reason for the return
3. Chose the type of return (Exchange, Return to Original Payment or Store Credit)
4. If you are submitting a request for an exchange, please make sure to mention the size for the exchange.

Upon submission of the request, you will be provided an RMA number via email.  We process the request within 1 business day. Once the request is processed, you will be provided instructions within 24 hours to mail the item back to us.

Refunds (Return to Original Payment)

You can expect to receive your refund within 7 to 8 business days from receipt of your item. In many cases the you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate 7 to 8 business days based on these factors:

• Item inspection at our returns facility (up to 3 business days)
• Processing from your financial institution (up to 5 business days)

Instructions will be provided upon completing the RMA request.
