STEP 03 Your fit profile

Pick the figure closest to you. This tells the pattern maker how to shape the piece around your build — it is what body measurements alone cannot say.

Preferred fit
Regular fit adds 3" at the chest and 5" at the waist over your body measurements — so measure snug, with no wiggle room.

STEP 04 Measurements
Measure the body, not a piece you own. Tape flat and snug, never tight. Inches, to the nearest quarter (42.25). We email to confirm every number before we cut. Never done this before? Work through the illustrated guide and your numbers will land back here.
